Time to taste | Foie gras

I was invited by a local family to spend the weekend preparing Foie Gras.
Julien, the second son of the family, married Martha, an Italian radiant brunette. He was entitled by his family-in-law to bring back some local product and was specifically asked to bring back Foie Gras.
Julien and Benoit were raised in the love of simple and local products. Their parents used to prepare their own Foie Gras. And Martha’s parents had the chance to taste some few years ago. And it seems like you can’t help but hope to get some more!
It was a pleasure to get to know them. The appointement is made a year from now to have a proper taste of this specialty!
